Osoyoos is a town in the southern Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada. It is near the province's southern border with the U.S. state of Washington. Osoyoos Lake is near the town. At the 2011 census, 4,845 people lived there.
Fur traders started arriving in the area in 1811. A settlement was started in 1861. The town wasn't incorporated until 1946, after a railroad was built through the area. Recently, many retired people have started living in Osoyoos.
The ice hockey team Osoyoos Coyotes of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League play their home games in Osoyoos.
