Not to be confused with Naosaurus, a genus of pelycosaur.
Nurosaurus is the informal name given to a genus of Sauropod dinosaur. It was from the Cretaceous period in Inner Mongolia, China. It was a herbivore or plant-eater. "Nurosaurus" grew to about 25 metres (82 ft) long. The proposed binominal name is Nurosaurus qaganensis (Dong 1992).
