Description: The Carrefour power plant in Port-au-Prince is being restored in a collective effort by the Carrefour and Varraux power plants and the 249th Engineer Battalion from Ft. Bragg, NC. The 249th are helping the Haitians with supplies and some technical advice. Exact Date Shot Unknown.
