Yegor Kuzmich Ligachev (Russian: Его́р Кузьми́ч Лигачёв, born 29 November 1920) is a Soviet politician. He was a high-ranking official in the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU). He was the Second Secretary of the Party when Mikhail Gorbachev was serving as General Secretary.
Ligachev was born on 29 November 1920 in Dubinkino. It is close to Novosibirsk.
