Sir William Stanley Peart FMedSci FRS (31 March 1922 – 14 March 2019) was a British doctor and clinical researcher. He was first to demonstrate the release of noradrenaline after the stimulation of sympathetic nerves. In 2000, he was awarded the Buchanan Medal.
