White nationalism facts for kids

The Birth of a Nation is a silent movie from 1915. It is about the Assassination of Abraham Licoln. While it was very innovative, and a commercial success, it was also criticized for being racist, anf for advocating white supremacy.

White nationalism is a type of nationalism that sees white people as a race. It also wants to keep an national identity of white people as a race. Many believers of white nationalism see certain countries (often their own country) as being countries that are for white people only. Often, supporters of white nationalism also hold beliefs of white supremacy, nazism, and other objectively racist policies and ideas.
