West North Central States facts for kids
The West North Central States are made up of seven US States: Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Kansas. The region is defined by the United States Census Bureau and is populated by between 20 million and 21 million people. This region is also regarded by the names of Heartland or The Farm Belt.
