The County of Vlorë is one of the 12 counties of Albania. It has the districts Delvinë, Sarandë and Vlorë. The capital is Vlorë. There are about 211,773 people who live here. Vlorë's western and southern edges are the shorelines of the Strait of Otranto. It also has a small border with Greece. There are some Greek people who live here.
