Tule Island is a small island in the Sacramento–San Joaquin River Delta. It is part of San Joaquin County, California. Its coordinates are 38°01′41″N 121°28′39″W / 38.02806°N 121.47750°W, and the United States Geological Survey measured its elevation as 33 ft (10 m) in 1981.
