Temple of Heaven facts for kids
The Temple of Heaven, 天坛, is a temple and famous attraction in Beijing, China.
The Temple of Heaven was built in 1420 c.e. Emperors in the Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty went there to pray. In 1918, the Temple of Heaven complex was made a public park. It is 270 hectares in size.
