Spider-Man: Homecoming is a superhero movie based on the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man. This movie was the second Spider-Man reboot, and the first Spider-Man solo movie released in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The movie stars Tom Holland as Spider-Man (Peter Parker), with supporting roles played by Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Zendaya, Robert Downey Jr, Marisa Tomei, Jon Faverau, and Michael Keaton. The movie was directed by Jon Watts. Watts also contributed to writing the screenplay, with Jonathan Goldstein, John Francis Daley, Christopher Ford, Chris McKenna, and Erik Sommers.
