Pennsylvania Route 274 (PA 274) is a state highway in Franklin and Perry Counties in Pennsylvania. It is 44 miles (71 kilometers) long. The western end of the highway is at Pennsylvania Route 75 in Fannett Township, Pennsylvania. The eastern end is at US 11/US 15 in Duncannon.
