Nirasenbei facts for kids
Nira-senbei are a type of rice cracker made in Japan. Its name means "chive crackers" because they are made of baked buckwheat flour mixed with chives. They are local cuisine that have been eaten since the end of the Edo period in Nagano Prefecture. Nira-senbei are a popular snack in Suzaka, near Nagano city.
