The New Holland frog, eastern snipping frog or wide-mouthed frog (Ranoidea novaehollandiae) is a tree frog from Australia. It lives in Queensland on Cape York and in New South Wales.
This frog does not live in forests or high in mountains. It lays eggs in pools where the water does not move quickly, about 1000 at a time.
