National Climatic Data Center facts for kids
The United States National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) in Asheville, North Carolina is the world's largest active archive of weather data. The center became established in late 1951, and moved into a new facility in early 1952. The center collects data on climate change, science, and transportation.
