The mondo big-eyed tree frog (Nyctimystes gularis) is a tree frog from Papua New Guinea. Scientists saw it on Mount Dayman and Mount Tafa, between 1500 and 2400 meters above sea level (5000 and 7900 feet).
The male frog is about 3.7 cm long and the female frog is 4.2 to 5.6 cm long. Scientists who saw the frog said it was plain in color with darker color on its legs.
