Lock Springs is a village in southeast Daviess County, Missouri, United States. The population was 40 at the 2020 census.
Geography
Lock Springs is located on Missouri Route 190 approximately eight miles south of Jamesport. Chillicothe in adjacent Livingston County is approximately twelve miles to the east-southeast on Route 190. The Grand River flows past one mile to the southwest.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.12 square miles (0.31 km2), all land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 57 people, 20 households, and 16 families living in the village. The population density was 475.0 inhabitants per square mile (183.4/km2). There were 30 housing units at an average density of 250.0 per square mile (96.5/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 100.0% White.
There were 20 households, of which 30.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.0% were married couples living together, 5.0% had a female householder with no husband present, 10.0% had a male householder with no wife present, and 20.0% were non-families. 15.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
