Jorge Herrera Delgado (16 August 1961 – 24 November 2014) was a Mexican politician. He was Mayor of Durango from 2004-2007, and twice times deputy in the Durango State Congress. He served as head of the Durango Department of Education from 15 September 2010 to 7 February 2012.
Delgado died on 24 November 2014 from pancreatic cancer in Durango at the age of 53.
