John Cunningham Whitehead (April 2, 1922 – February 7, 2015) was an American banker and civil servant. He was a board member of the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation (WTC Memorial Foundation). He was chairman of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation. Whitehead served as United States Deputy Secretary of State under the Ronald Reagan administration from 1985 through 1989.
