James Haggarty (born April 14, 1914 in Port Arthur, Ontario died March 8, 1998) was a Canadian ice hockey player who competed in the 1936 Winter Olympics.
In 1936 he was a member of the Canadian ice hockey team, which won the silver medal. He later played 5 games in the National Hockey League for the Montreal Canadiens.
