Description: Skull of Gigantspinosaurus sichuanensis. Symtemtic position: Stegosauridae, Stegosauria, Ornithischia. Locality: Zhongquan, Zigong, Sichuan, China. Age: Late Jurassic (about 150 million years ago). Gigantspinosaurus sichuanensis is a medium-sized stegosaur donosaur. Its skull is low and elongate, with a few leaf-like teeth. This is a well-preserved lower jaw fossil of Gigantspinosaurus sichuanensis articulated with its postcranial.
