Description: The Winder Building located at 604 17th Street, NW in Downtown Washington, D.C. (across from the Old Executive Office Building) Designed by Richard A. Gilpin in 1848, the Winder Building has served as office space for various Federal agencies since 1854 (currently used by the U.S. Trade Representative's Office). It's listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
