Description: Bermuda White-eyed Vireo (Vireo griseus bermudianus) in Bermuda. The vireo is an endemic sub-species threatened with extinction since "The Blight" of the 1940s that caused the loss of millions of the endemic Bermuda Junipers Juniperus bermudiana that had densely forested the archipelago until then.
