Description: Waterloo & City railway Frequently used but seldom photographed is London's Waterloo and City railway, joining Waterloo to Bank, with no intermediate stations. It has only recently come within Transport for London's ambit, so as seen here in 1987 it was still owned by British Rail, who applied their Network South East livery to the cars.
