Description: With fuel almost impossible to get hold of in Sanaa, the water authority could not operate the network, so UNICEF worked with the Yemen Petroleum Company to buy fuel and organise water trucking to the most vulnerable parts of Sanaa. We are doing similar work across all parts of the country. Without clean water waterborne diseases are a certainty and put children at risk.
