Description: Ukiyo-e (Japanese art) made by Utagawa Hiroshige III (Ando Tokubei). The title in the top right side says "Ou gojunko matsushima tenran no zu." It means "Progression during the Imperial Inspection at Ou, Matsushima." The flag of Japan (Hinomaru) is clearly visible on the ships. In the lower left side red engraving it's signed by Hiroshige. The round seal in the lower left says it's dated at Meiji 9, 1876. The artist information says Gako, Ando Tokubei. The address information is Nakabashi Ogamachi. The publisher information says Hanmoto, Shimizu Kahei. The publisher's address is Kanda Nabemachi, 1876.
