Description: Creator: Unidentified. Location: Brisbane, Queensland. Description: Pair of handmade felt toy ducks. The male is decorated with a bow tie, hat and cane and the female is wearing a bonnet tied with ribbons and a bow around her neck. Olive Ashworth became a famous artist and fabric designer. She designed and sold these toys for the benefit of the Comforts Fund during World War II. The toys won the Lord Mayor of Melbourne's prize for soft toys.
