Description: Twin Falls at Rock Island State Park in Tennessee, located in the Southeastern United States. This waterfall is largely the result of attempts to dam the Caney Fork in the early 1900s. The rising water began to seep into underground caverns at the Great Falls reservoir, traverse Rock Island, and exit atop the bluffs, spilling down into the Caney Fork below.
