Description: Time Market has been the neighborhood market since 1919. The West University Historic District developed in the late 1800's and early 1900s. It was the first major Tucson suburb north of the Southern Pacific Railroad. As Tucson has grown the neighborhood has evolved from a suburb to a historic downtown neighborhood.
