Description: In 2004, a pair of pranksters installed a plaque on the bridge dedicated to Father Pat Noise, which remained unnoticed until May 2006, and is still there as of May 2011 Father Noise, as the plaque tells us, died in suspicious circumstances when his carriage plunged into the Liffey, on August 10th 1919.
