Description: The College Theatre — a historic cinema located at 505-509 S. Mill Ave. in Tempe, Arizona. Now renamed the Valley Art Theatre, it is Arizona's oldest and longest operating movie theatre. Designed and constructed in 1933 by Red Harkins at the age of 25, and listed in the Tempe Historic Property Register.
