Description: The Andre Building was built in 1888 and is located at 401-403 S. Mill Ave. in Tempe, Az. While living in Phoenix, R. G. Andre built the commercial building at the southwest corner of Mill and 4th Street in 1888, and opened a saddle and harness shop. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on August 10, 1979 reference #79000419
