Description: Tahu Campur or "mixed tofu" is an East Javanese dish, consists of tofu, lettuce, noodles, beansprouts, slices of beef served in beef stew seasoned with petis (a type of shrimp paste), topped with krupuk cracker. Specialty of East Java, especially Surabaya, Lamongan, Sidoarjo, and Gresik area.
