Image: TRANCAPECHO

Description: A magnificent representation of the Cochabambino gastronomic impetus made into a sandwich, it has: white rice, a large diameter piece of breaded beef, boiled and later fried Andean potato slices, fried egg, tomato bramble, onion and locoto chopped into millimeter cubes. In short, it is a Sillpancho plate, inside a tortilla bread. This culinary innovation was popularized in the 90's and due to the high caloric concentration it is consumed by the working class during the day and by the bohemian population at night, until dawn, these diners were the ones who creatively baptized the colossal sandwich as Trancapecho. #WGBoliviana
