Description: The Non-joint Administration Offices Building (Budynek Urzędów Niezespolonych) in Katowice was adorned between 1938-1939 with Stanisław Szukalski's bas relief depicting an eagle. It was deliberately destroyed by the Germans in 1939 and replaced with the mechanical porcelain carillon (glockenspiel).[1]
