Description: On 6 June 1968, former Prime Minister and long-standing Labour MP, Walter Nash, was honoured with a state funeral in Wellington. As a politician "he was energetic and meticulous in detail and fervent, principled and moralistic in his political and religious views. Few New Zealand politicians in the twentieth century had such an impact over such a long time." This is a photographic album of his funeral from the records of the Department of Internal Affairs.
