Description: Church of England, Dalby, ca. 1935. Photographs have been taken from an album donated by Allan Queale. The photographs focus on the town of Dalby which is located on the Darling Downs, approximately 220 kms west of Brisbane, on the Warrego Highway. Myall Creek, a tributary of the Condamine River, runs through the town. Although the area is known as Queensland's wheat centre, other forms of farming include a thriving cotton industry, which spreads from Dalby, south to Goondiwindi and west across to St George.
