Description: Preserved Southern Pacific Locomotive #9 in Laws, California. According to the manufacturer plate, it was manufactured in November 1909 by Baldwin Locomotive Works in Philadelphia. The color scheme shows the SP policy of painting the front of the locomotive silver to increase visibility.
