Description: Each of Bellingham's new streetlights are supposed to be individually controlled by radio signal from city hall. On off and brightness. This one didn't get the memo as it was on in the daytime while it's neighbors were off. Bugs still being worked out. Due to my camera, the light looks more yellow than in real life.
