Description: A sablefish, Anoplopoma fimbria, on soft bottom habitat at 302 meters (991 ft) in Cordell Bank National Marine Sanctuary. The red spots in the photo are lasers spaced 4 inches apart that are used to estimate the size of organisms inhabiting the area.
