Description: Jeremiah Brown House and Mill Site on the NRHP since November 2, 1987 at 1416 Telegraph Rd. in the Plumpton Park Zoo near Rising Sun, Cecil County, Maryland. The mill is apparently used as an office, but overall is in terrible shape, especially the roof.
