Description: Royal Air Force- 2nd Tactical Air Force, 1943-1945. Wing Commander C F "Bunny" Currant. Flying with No. 605 Squadron RAF during the Battle of Britain, Currant destroyed 13 enemy aircraft. In late 1941 he became Commanding Officer of No. 501 Squadron RAF and, in April 1942 Wing Commander Flying at Ibsley. He became a wing leader in 1944. His final score was at least 15 victories.
