Description: The Roderick Butler House in Mountain City, in the U.S. state of Tennessee. Located at 309 N. Church Street, this house was built by Union Civil War veteran and U.S. Congressman Roderick Random Butler (1827–1902) sometime around 1870. It was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1973, and today is a bed-and-breakfast.
