The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places New York State Route 383 runs left-to-right in this image; its northern terminus at New York State Route 31 is barely visible as the intersection on the right edge of the photo. The Blue Cross Arena is immediately behind the camera. This image's perspective was corrected using "hugin".
