Taken by a New York photographer at an unnamed location, the photo also appears to include Beatles' manager Brian Epstein, or his assistant, Peter Brown, who had a resemblance to Epstein, to the left of Starr. The identities of the other people shown in the photo are not known. The photo has crop markings but there is no notation if it was used in any publication.
