Description: Brook had let me know that she really likes the recipe of Elizabeth Fields, author of Marmalade (amzn.to/VHPDlv). And so I found this recipe of hers online bit.ly/YSzuKM and decided to give it a try. It meant more work, but I tried to carefully remove as much pith as I could from the peel using this flexible filet-style knife.
