Description: The men's line during the 2011 constitutional referendum in Egypt in the relatively up-scale Mokattam hill, a neighborhood of Cairo. The hill is not yet fully developed, and the queue was so long it extended from the polling place within the built-up area out into the desert. Opposite the men's queue, well within the built-up area was another queue for women.
