Description: Coat of arms of Oltenița, Romania (from ro.wiki:Stema municipiului Olteniţa se compune dintr-un scut tăiat ce cuprinde în partea superioară (o treime), în câmp roşu, un mănunchi alcătuit din trei spice de grâu de aur, cu câte două frunze fiecare, din acelaşi material. În partea inferioară (două treimi), în câmp albastru, este reprezentată o ancoră de argint, iar la baza sa sunt două fascii din acelaşi material. Scutul este timbrat cu o coroană murală din argint, formată din cinci turnuri crenelate, care conferă localităţii statutul de municipiu. Spicele de grâu evocă rolul aşezării în producţia agricolă, simbolizând bogăţia câmpiei din Lunca Dunării. Ancora evocă faptul că aşezarea este port şi reprezintă principala activitate industrială a localităţii. Cele două fascii de la baza scutului semnifică faptul că localitatea este situată într-o bogată zonă piscicolă, fiind mărginită de fluviul Dunărea şi râul Argeş.)
