Description: Portulaca, Purslane is the type genus of the flowering plant family Portulacaceae, comprising about 40-100 species found in the tropics and warm temperate regions. They are also known as Moss Roses. Portulaca 'All Aglow' [1] is a specially bred hybrid of Portulaca. The double flowers flaunt a striking combination of yellow and orange-red. Shortly after sun up, 'All Aglow' opens its flowers. The blooms are profuse and intense all sun hours. Near dawn and all night, the flowers close.
