Description: Pomona Fox Theater date: October 2006 When built in 1930, the Fox Theater was a premier example of Art Deco architecture, featuring an 81-foot high tower and 1,000-voiced pipe organ. From the 1930s through the 1960s, the Fox was an important landmark in downtown Pomona, often serving as the venue for movie premiers orchestrated by major Hollywood studios.
